Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom orders may take longer to process due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry.
- Custom and Personalized Orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders over $100 within the United States.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders at an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
We offer shipping through reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All packages are insured for the full value of the items being shipped.
International Shipping

Order Tracking

- All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. We recommend having someone available to sign for your package to ensure safe delivery.

Address Changes
