Philadelphia Diamond Co. Return Policy

At Philadelphia Diamond Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Conditions:
  • Jewelry must be in unused condition. Gentle wear is acceptable, but the item should be in good condition upon return.
  • Custom pieces are not eligible for refunds.
  • For diamond jewelry with stones of 1 carat or more, a 5% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover our costs.
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
