Shipping and Returns

We continuously strive to offer our customers the highest quality in jewelry and customer experience We stand behind the authenticity and quality of each item we sell;, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any CAD.

1. Returns must be sent back to us within 10 days from the date you received them.

2. We appreciate original invoices and any paperwork be included with the return.

3. Merchandise needs to be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Rings resized (or items altered) are ineligible for refunds.   Jewelry that has been altered by an outside goldsmith or damaged will not be accepted. Custom and special ordered pieces are NOT eligible for a refund. 

4. Returns on large 1ct and larger diamond stone jewelry sales are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee to cover our fees and costs. 

5. You will be issued a refund of the purchase price credited back to the original payment method within 21 days of receipt of the return. Certain payment methods may take longer to fully process back to your account after the refund has been initiated.

Lifetime Warranty

We will service your item for as long as you own it. We offer complimentary inspection, cleaning and stone tightening for the life of the ring when brought in every six months. If smaller stones appear lose or lost under(.05pts.) , we will covered free of charge.   We highly recommend having your jewelry insured with Jeweler Mutual for issues like loss and theft.
